Prompt help was given and time spent getting us the information we needed. Pleasant staff who made a sale to us easily. Arrangements for payment was done quickly and effectively. Hope the product lives up to our expectation as we won't get the delivery for a month.

John was very friendly, making out whole experience a positive one- he didn't put us under any pressure and we took our time - his knowledge of the products was great and we felt he listened to our needs and guided us to make the right choice. Felt very satisfied as we left the store. Thank you John and his colleague, who unfortunately I cannot recall his name.

Knowledgeable sales man who listened to us and understood what we wanted and then spent time explaining the options which allowed us to make our decision as to which mattress suited us best.
