As soon as we entered the store we had a warm greeting from your friendly staff. John came over to us and as soon as I told him what we were looking for he was able to give us advise and show us the products available to us based on our budget and specifications. He gave us time ti think about what we wanted to buy and was very friendly and accommodating once we decided on what we wanted. He also had excellent product knowledge which made buying easy!

The person who helped with my enquiry was polite and knowledgeable and gave advice about the product which l had not considered. The person gave his full attention to me and the enquiry. I was encouraged to try the product and did not feel harried at any time. The store was clean and tidy and l felt comfortable viewing the products on display. Very impressed - thank you

Both members of staff couldn't have been any more helpful and were both friendly and polite and gave us plenty of advice when needed.
