We were highly satisfied with our experience in the Nottingham store, soon as we entered the shop the customer service was amazing, first they asked what we were looking for, which was a mattress, they fully explained about the different sorts and which we would benefit from, we are a family of 4 and we were all asked if we would like a drink and they even had colouring for our little ones, all in all we ended up ordering 2 bedside cabinets, a new bed and mattress, I would like to thank Alexandra and all the team at dreams nottingham for making our experience a good one.

Felix had a great manner as he got the balance right between giving us information and giving us time to think about our purchase. I hate feeling pressurised in a shop and I definitely felt relaxed at all times. Felix was also very funny and made buying a new mattress an enjoyable experience. He also had an excellent, supportive manner with junior members of staff. An excellent salesman!
