Your sales assistant at Nottingham (Dave) was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I choose the correct mattress... to the extent that we ended up buying a new bed too.

Very friendly and knowledeable assistant who listened, advised and gave us time without any pressure at all.

We explained what our specific needs were and the assitant (Felix) who served us led us straight to options that would solve these needs. He was very helpful when we changed our options and left us alone to make our own decisions.

The help as was give was very useful, being pointed in the right direction for the type of bed I was interested and according to my height and size saved a lot of time. The assistant was very knowledgable But did not put any pressure on me to buy.

The bed we came to see hadn't been put together. The guy who served us went to a lot of trouble to tell us about the bed , the measurements etc.

The shop assistant was very helpful and went out of his way to help and guide us. John was very friendly and we had a positive experience in the stall.

OUR ASSISTANT FELIX WAS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE, SPENT TIME FINDING OUT OUR REQUIREMENTS, RECOMMENDED THE PRODUCT ON SUITABILITY OT PRICE. HE GAVE US ENOUGH TIME TO TEST THE PRODUCT BUT DID NOT LEAVE US HANGING AROUND. IT WAS HOT IN STORE AND WE WERE OFFERED A COLD DRINK. OTHER OFFERS WERE SUGGESTED TO US BUT WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURISED TO ACCEPT.
