Upon arrival John approached us to offer help. I explained we had seen a particular bed online to which he assisted and shown us the bed in store. Straight away he knew where abouts the bed was, explained the bed comes in a choice of colours which was great and helped to work out figures for with/without drawers on the bed etc. John and other staff were very friendly, I had my two restless children with me and colleagues talked to them to help soothe them. Overall, I cannot fault our visit to this store as we received fantastic service, was welcomed by friendly staff and had a smooth purchase of a lovely new bed!

Very helpful advising me as I suffer with a bad back

We were assisted by Mr Felix, who demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the product (mattresses) and an attentive and sympathetic approach to us, his customers. He spared no effort to ensure that we got to know the full range of products and that, by answering our questions in an expert way, we were able to identify the right buy for our needs. In doing this Felix listened especially carefully to what we had to say about our orthopaedic background and requirements. It made the whole transaction into a pleasant, profitable and humorous experience.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly we were even offered a drink while we were looking round and made to feel very welcome which is a nice change

I was able to find a bed and headboard suitable for my daughter's bedroom and arrange to have her old bed collected.

Staff member Dave Peter was most helpful, offering drinks for all the family and getting drawing books for our girls. I even got a stick of rock.

I wanted a mattress for my child and I was advised on the best item and reasons why it would be most suitable. Lots of choice. There was a sale on, so I got a good price and I wasn't directed to the most expensive item in the shop. Staff all friendly & helpful and weren't pushy.

Were looking for a specific style of bed, helpful staff helped us find what we wanted.
