Because I felt that given the assistant was on her own in the store in a dark evening, [ I asked her this, she did not volunteer this information, because there was someone acting strange outside in the retail park], I felt that she acted commendably and was relaxed and knowledgable.

The assistant was very helpful and answered all our questions but left us alone to try out the items and discuss our purchases with no hassle

We found all of the staff willing to take the time to understand what our specific needs were and then to explain the different types of products available to us. They then took the time to cost up different options based on our requests and sought to find us the best possible price.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff member who was not at all 'pushy' but was readily on hand to assist when required. Refreshments offered/supplied. Showroom was arranged in colour coordination relating to specific types of bed. This allowed us to immediately locate the bed 'type' we were looking for. Showroom was also very spacious. The sales person John explained the order/delivery procedure in adequate detail. Overall, very good experience.

THE STAFF AT THE STORE WERE ALL REALLY HAPPY AND HELPFULL. DAVID PETER WHO WAS THE SALESMAN HELP USE ALL THE WAY, AND DIDN'T RUSH USE. FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

Quick and efficient

John(Sales assistant)was very friendly(,we were offered a cup of tea) and was very informative about the product in which we were interested.He was professional and gave us plenty of his time for us to decide which of the beds and matress we purchased

Jodie the assistant who dealt with us was very patient and knowledgeable. Answered our many questions and queries.

Excellent customer service, did not feel pressured at all. Was left to explore the products and when assistance was required it was on hand without any issues. John was very knowledgable and friendly. Very happy with the overall experience
