The manager of the store was very knowledgeable about the product in store and spoke to us very pleasant.

Having purchased an otterman double bed from this store a couple of years ago and have been over the moon with it, it was an obvious 1st choice to return as we now needed a new mattress for this bed. We were delighted with the choice in store and found exactly what we wanted. Felix our sales assistant was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions straight away, didn't pressure us into any rush decisions, excellent all round visit.

The sales assistant didnt waste any time by blabbering information. He was straight to the point and dealt with the sale quickly which was good as i was in a rush

Very helpful and knowledgable staff, also not over powering but left us to make our decision, but was available when we needed help. She also gave us a cup of tea, coffee and juice for our son.

On our first visit to the Nottingham Dreams store we were greeted by Aimee, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Aimee spent time with us explaining products and also allowed us to try without being pushy. Aimee was very observant and knew when we needed help with choices without following us around the store. Overall, excellent service and we will definitely return again. Thank you.

Given lots of information and advice and allowed time to choose a suitable bed.very good selection and the assistant Alex was very nice.
