the staff member discussed with me very thoroughly the product which I eventually purchased. Similarly, when I first entered the store I had in mind the item I wanted from looking online. He listened carefully to me and explored the pros and cons of that product. Ultimately, he gave information about these products and left me to think it all through.

Felt liked I was listened too and was given the 3minute bed test which made me feel somewhat assured that the mattress I purchased may suit my needs.

We had visited John Lewis prior to visiting yourselves and walked out of John Lewis after receiving no attention from staff and we had already identified the mattress we wanted to buy. We have never been to dreams before but on entering the store we were pleasantly greeted by John who explained the process to identify the right mattress. This really helped focus on what suited without exploring loads of products also saving time. John also made me aware of your pillows but didn’t push one at me, however finding it so comfortable I bought one along with the mattress. Good job all round and a credit to your business.....we will buy from you going forwards and definitely not John Lewis.

This is the 3rd time I have bought beds from dreams Lady Bay Nottingham and once again I was blown away by the excellent customer care. This time my order was placed over the phone and Vivek was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I needed some advice on the 2nd bed as I had 2 options, Vivek gaged what my priorities were and suggested that one bed in particular had a greater storage capacity which helped me make my choice. He went to the sample bed in store and described in great detail which help support my assumptions from the website details. I am moving into a new build and as I only have an estimated completion at the moment Vivek also reassured me that if I need to move the delivery date that he will arrange that. I am so thrilled that this team at this store has met and exceeded my needs once again!! Great job guys!! I will keep recommending you.

Very friendly staff, with a wealth of knowledge and information on all the beds and what would suite me. There was no pushy sales and all honest advice on which extras would be suited to my needs.

John was extremely attentive, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know and look at. I’d read reviews on line that were so positive I didn’t believe them until I experienced the best customer service I’ve ever experienced for myself! We were talked through every step and even offered water.

The customer assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable, the range of products was excellent.

I felt that Felix did a good job of helping me to make a well-informed decision about which mattress was best for me and my quite particular health needs.
