I found the store to be customer friendly, it was easy to find the bed I needed, staff were friendly and left me to browse just long enough before coming to see if I needed help.

Friendly and approachable staff (Aimee and David) who helped us to narrow down the best bed for us. Able to spend lots of time trying out products and discussing options. We thought the different types of mattresses were categorised clearly and were easier to understand than other competitors, which helped us with our decision-making. Nice to be offered a coffee while browsing too!

Staff were friendly and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and advised me appropriately. They gave me time to make choices about the products I wanted to buy and offered me a wide variety of products.

Felix was fantastic; he was really friendly and took time to understand my needs. His assistance was spot on.

Myself and my boyfriend went into Dreams to purchase a bed for our new home together. We went in knowing the bed we wanted but with the help of Felix, Jodie and John (who fed me freddo bars and chocolate digestives) we were able to find another bed and all our bedroom furniture with ease. These three members of staff in particular were extremely helpful, very friendly and did not appear pushy at all. They gave us time to make our choices and at no point did we feel pressure to buy anything. Felix was very knowledgeable on the products and very funny! We greatly appreciated the help and are so excited to receive our products! If we ever needed anything else we would defiantly go back!

Store well laid out and staff ( Felix) had good product knowledge and was very helpful and efficient.

The Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed us time to browse and ask questions as we wanted. Placing an order was quick and easy.

All staff at the Nottingham store were friendly, helpful and highly knowledgable. They all took time to explain things and answer my questions and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely visit again next time I need a bed or mattress.
