Because we had a bed off of you 11 y ears ago we are expecting the same quality again .when it comes to a matress only the best is good enough.

We had the opportunity to try every mattress and pillow with a staff member that explained the differences without the feeling of any pushy sales. For us, a new tempur mattress is a huge investment and we didn't feel any pressure in our decision making process.

Alex was very knowledgeable advising me and explaining mattresses. Very friendly and professional. Not at all pushy which I like. Great idea to have colouring for children my little boy loved it. Thank you! Can't wait you sleep in my new bed.

The store was very bright and inviting, and was well set out with a large variety and range of prices. WE were approached by a member of staff who was very helpful explaining about the various products. we were then left to make our choice .We made our purchase and left the very satisfied.

We are highly satisfied with our experience at dreams, lady bay retail park, Nottingham. Me and my partner had been looking for a bed and mattress to suit both our needs for some time, going back and forth to different stores not being able to make a decision. We came to dreams with our two daughters aged 4 and 2. We had been shopping for most of the day so by this point our girls were starting to get fed up so we were just planning to nip in to the store to see if they had any tv beds on display. Alex came straight over to ask if we needed any assistance, we explained we wanted a tele bed with storage and she took us over to the evolution K ottoman to bed. This was defiantly the bed for us but we struggled finding a mattress to suit us both. Alex offered our children a drink of juice and showed them to a children's table where they were colouring books and crayons, she also watched over them while we walked up and down trying the mattresses. Alex didn't make us feel rushed in anyway and was still there to offer her service and talk us through the benefits of the different mattresses. With her help we finally got to agree on a bed and Mattress, and we can't wait for it to arrive

The shop is in a good quality and the condition is great,The workers are really polite and we end up having a good chat with the workers.We always buy furniture that is right for us and that it's never a rip-off also that we really like shopping there for items that makes us dream. And ever since the workers told us what's right for or what they suggest us to buy we never regret buying it, also we never return any items back that we don't want.😊😊😊😊

Asisstant very friendly and knowledgable about the products.After initial sales pitch, we were left to browse and try products without any interferance. Very helpful. Service with a smile without being too pushy.Very thorough when we placed our order. Thankyou.

Staff were friendly and helpful without seeming overly pushy/sales oriented which made it a very pleasant atmosphere to shop in. I was quickly able to locate the type of mattress I had been considering when looking online. The member of staff who served me was able to explain the exact mattress I was interested in wasn't available instore to test but he could tell me about it and how similar to the examples I could see it would be. The sale was dealt with quickly and my parents who were looking round were offered something to drink and made comfortable whilst waiting for me.

Dave was so helpful. I had previously gone to John Lewis to look for a mattress, and after hanging around for over half an hour, no assistant came to support me, despite there being a few around. Also, they didnt have a huge selection. In contrast, at Dreams, I was offered support within minutes, and the service and knowledge which Dave was able to give me was perfect for my needs. He listened and didn't just try and sell me the most expensive mattress. Also, the other colleagues who were in the shop we really friendly and chatty too. It felt like a really welcome envirnoment.

We didn't know where to start with deciding on a new bed. We only knew we wanted a super king size. Felix the assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds. He made suggestions, wasn't pushy.
