Given by John the shop assistant very helpfull made us a good cup of tea while we made our minds which bed mattress to have, excellent service

The staff I spoke to were very helpful and understood what I wanted. And I was a pain and kept asking questions all rhe rime I was there. And they still was lovely staff

The customer advisor and store manager were very helpful, were very knowledgeable and did not hassle us.

We found what we were looking for straight away and the store assistant was very helpful, knew what he was talking about and was friendly without being over the top or too over bearing like you sometime get in retail stores

I had excellent service 12 months ago and thought I would go back to same store and once again the staff were excellent and very friendly would recommend to anyone

We came in to view the beds and to see what was on the market. we were greeted by John who was very helpful in supplying us with costs, and different mattresses for us to try, to find the one suitable for us. John also advised us of the 40 night trial on mattresses, so we could change within 40 days if we wanted at no extra cost. When we came to a bed we really liked and were unsure on the price, john was not pushy like some stores and left us to talk alone to discuss what we wanted. In the mean time we were offered drinks. I had a coffee and as my husband only drinks cold drinks, John was very kind and offered him a glass of his own diet coke. John went that extra mile and made us feel a valued customer.

The customer service was excellent and all of my questions were answered fully and thoroughly. I was given a cup of tea whilst I wondered round the store looking at the beds and mattresses and I wasn't rushed into making a decision. I will definitely visit again when I need to buy another bed.
