Clean, open environment. Staff prompt at start and answered all the questions, amiable!

We found the assistant very obliging and patient. The 'sleepmatch' system was also very useful - it meant that the assistant could narrow down our search, very quickly. We were given plenty of time to try out the mattresses. Good that there were examples in store of the type that we needed to consider.

The sales assistant, John, took the time to find out what we required. He then proceeded to show us the most suitable options that would give us the features the we required . He then left us alone to decide on the most suitable choice and only intervened when we had further questions about the products we were considering. The sales assistant was very attentive and offered bottles of water which we were grateful for. When we asked a specific question he checked with a colleague to ensure he was correct with his answer.

A man called Felix looked after us, explained all we needed to know well and efficiently. Friendly service all round, quality of product is great, services surrounding the purchase great also ie: mattress recycling, mattress toppers for children’s mattress ect! All round great service! Thanks so much to felix. Looking forward to receiving my girls bed!

Visibility, accessibility, cleanliness of the products and the shop. The sales man ,Mr John was friendly and approachable.The atmosphere of the shop is not scaring though it looks posh.

Vivek in the Nottingham branch was very knowledgeable about the products he was showing me. The sleep match service was very useful as I had a preconceived notion of what mattress firmness I wanted but it showed me I needed another.

I was highly satisfied with my experience for several reasons starting with the meet and greet as we entered your store, the attention to detail your staff paid to our needs, the very relaxed way in which your staff member carried himself and his very full explanation of the products we were interested in, after a very short time it felt like Vivek was more of a friend not just a salesman.
