Member of staff was welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable about the Adjustable Beds in which I was interested.

For me it was the customer service I received from Dave at the Nottingham branch. He was excellent and very informative and listened to what I wanted and then advised

We were happy because the assistant helpef us to understand the differents between the mattresses which enabled us to pick the one we had .

The gentleman that served me was very friendly, helpful with good knowledge of all the products I enquired about. The bed I purchased is now going to be delivered within a week of purchase. One Very Happy Customer.

John was really helpful and friendly during the whole shopping experience, this was the second time I had visited in a week and he was also very helpful during the first time I visited. He offered me a drink and was patient and very knowledgeable when explaining all my options, I felt that he truly wanted to help me find the right bed, rather than pressuring me to buy the most expensive models. I should mention I returned to dreams to make my purchase today because of how good that first experience was. When I visited today, John recognised me from the other day and I felt he did his best to give me a really good price on the floor model ottoman I ended up purchasing. I would have no hesitation in recommending others to buy their beds from this Branch. I don't normally fill in surveys like these but this was genuinely some of the best service I have ever received from a retail salesperson.

Customer service was superb. Rean Felix did an excellent job of helping me find what I wanted.

Having a broken femur and on crutches I was nervous on my first trip outside to Dreams but was met by John at the door and was made welcome and looked after so well. All the staff were friendly and helpful, tea and coffee was served and all questions answered very well. I tested and eventually purchased the bed of my dreams (no pun intended) and cannot wait to have it installed. The whole process, which could have been very traumatic (I am 80) was made easy and very pleasant and I was not rushed to make a decision and given all the time I needed. Special mention to John who was very pleasant and patient and did no hard sell on me which would have been off putting but stood by for any questions I and my husband and daughter had. John also was with me to help in choosing the right bedding to go with the mattress but was never intrusive or pushy and I really liked his attitude. Will certainly be back in the near future for another mattress for our home and possibly one for our son No need to look anywhere else, Dreams has all the choice and quality. Thanks you all at Dreams, Nottingham for the prospect of much better sleep soon.
