Aimee was absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and great with the kids, even giving them a chocolate bar!

We visited with the intention of testing one mattress and were taken straight to it. It was in stock and we were able to choose the delivery date so we were in the store less than 15 minutes

The staff were very knowledgable of the products instore. I was spoken to politely and offered assistance when asked and information given when asked for. I have or easy recommended Dreams to some friends.

My husband and I was really pleased with the service we got in store. The staff was so helpful, explained everything to us. Helped us to make out choice. Offered us a coffee while sorting the paper work out. We couldn't have wished for better service.

The sales chap, David had the right balance of leaving us to try mattresses and then come in for further advice - when required. Had excellent product knowledge, imparted in a friendly and inclusive manner. Also, went above and beyond to stay late to put the order through. Overall an excellent experience.

Dave was very helpful and understanding of how my hypermobility might affect my needs. He was very accepting of my unique behaviour resulting from my autism and willing to ask any questions no matter how random they seemed. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even with social anxiety. The disabled toilet was very clean and had a good turning circle for wheelchairs although the assistive bars were a little far apart. Dave's colleague was also helpful and approachable.

The product knowledge was incredible, best I have seen. The staff were also not pushy at all, very patient and overall it was a very relaxing purchase. Would highly recommend

Amongst the warmest and friendliest staff team I think I've experienced in any store, ever! From giving helpful advice, to looking after our kids whilst we were choosing, they couldn't do enough to help. It felt like we were being strongly advised in a certain direction, but also that we were free to not buy if we didn't want to. Jodie was great at pointing us in the right direction for what we were looking for and Felix's knowledge of the market was really helpful in understanding the price difference across memory foam mattresses. The staff all seemed happy to be there, the relationship between the team was fun and put us at ease. We spent over two hours in the store, and I never would have imagined that we would have laughed that much buying a mattress! I genuinely enjoyed my time in your Nottingham store!
