Very helpful friendly assistant,not intrusive in any way knowlegable and acommodating.

This is the second bed I have ordered from this store with the same sales assistant (John) kind helpful and knows the range even when its not on display in the store. Had a drink and was looked after, felt relaxed and no high pressure sell. I shall return again when I need a new bed. Many thanks to him and the store

Clean store. Fruenday and helpful staff. Took our time trying out the beds without the pushy sales people. They were extremely courteous.

It was late and the store should have closed at 8pm. We were the only customers in the store so had 1-2-1 service from the assistant. We were offered coffee and refreshments. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hand made, natural product range we were looking at (and bought) as he had recently visited the manufacturer. It was circa 8.30 when we left and he did not rush us at all. Very good.

When into the store looking for a Hypnos bed after finding out that you had your equivalent and being able to try out the difference

Friendly greeting and assistance from both of two staff members, Jodie and Aimee.

We were highly satisfied because we were left alone to look around once we had asked the assistant what we were looking for. The assistant explained everything to us we asked then came and asked us if we wanted a drink. There was no harassing so we were very pleased with the service. There's nothing more anoying than pushy staff. Would defiantly go there again.

Wasn't pressured, staff very helpful, made to feel welcome.

Alex And Felix could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were very informative and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. We would happily return to Dreams in the future.
