Straight to the point and very helpful

I was highly satisfied due to the speed of delivery of the product as well as the helpful service I received.

I wanted a Sealy bed, and you had the bed in your range which I wanted, I have had Sealy before and find them especially comfortable and supportive.

There were a few options i was interested in that I found online and when I went into store these options were all so easy to find. Alexandra was very helpful, she didn't come over with the hard sell but waited until we needed help and was more than happy talking us through options and giving advice where needed. The whole purchase was a good experience. She was very friendly and catered to our needs with regards to delivery. When the credit checks took a little longer than expected she was happy for us to go off to another shop in the retail park and when we came back she was ready to finalise the order. Highly recommend.

We came into the store and were immediately met by Alexandra who was really friendly. She explained how the display was set out to enable us to make our choice of new mattress and then offered us a drink while we shopped. She also spent time making my little girl feel at home, as did another staff member in-store. Alex was very knowledgeable about each product and spent time explaining how each mattress type may be of benefit or not to us according to our needs. We were able to spend sufficient time in making our choice, and then our mattress was available for delivery really quickly. Staff members showed the same attentiveness to other customers. The store had plenty of parking and was clean.

Jodie and John were very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. We knew very little about buying beds before we visited!

I phoned the store a couple of days before our visit and was very pleased with the service that I received - the same gentleman was in the store when we visited and was very helpful
