Jon was very knowledgeable, we explained what we were looking for and he helped us find the divan bed that suited our needs. His experience in Tempur put is at ease and ensured we purchased just what we needed. There was no high pressure sales

The sales assistant Alexandra was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us. She even made us a coffee!

The service we received was great in terms of the knowledge and expertise of the assistant that helped us on our plight to find a bed. He explained very clearly the colour coding and what each bed type meant. We were shown around the whole show room before we narrowed down our choices. We found a couple of head boards that were suitable and the assistant was able to give us the pros & cons of both.

We were made to feel very welcome, we're offered drinks and the staff interacted and made a nice big fuss of my one year old. They didn't mind him running around and playing on the beds which made his visit to the store fun and made things more relaxing for us.

On the day we visited the store the Manager had 2 members of staff off, so he was on his own. Luckily it was a quiet time & he was able to give us his full attention.His product knowledge was outstanding & there was no pressure to buy accessories etc.We finally narrowed our choice down to 2 mattresses & he left us alone to discuss the merits of both.As I said,no pressure,and I don't think he would have minded whether we chose the cheaper or dearer of the 2 mattresses.The one we chose was slightly soiled,(the price reduced accordingly) but he knew which had detachable covers & which ones could be washed (because of the filling)

I brought my uncle in for a new matteres but he can be quiet difficult as he has first stage dementia but the salesman had all the time in the world for him and the patients of a saint which made shopping for the mattress a lot easier and stress free he also made my uncle feel very relaxed and not rushed

The store was very clean and inviting - the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and we were offered a cup of coffee. Altogether a good experience.
