Dreams - Nottingham

We were welcomed into the store on arrival. John came to help us after we had been looking at beds for a few minutes.He asked how he could help and if he could get us a drink. He explained how the adjustable bed worked, and about different mattresses. He was able to answer our questions and was polite and charming. We did not feel we were being treated as pensioners! He left us to think about things but was always alert to our needs as we looked at other things. After about 40 minutes with some input from Felix we worked out a very good deal. John asked if we needed pillows or other accessories and then he made us a drink. We have purchased an adjustable bed with Tempur mattresses. We are very happy about this, as earlier today we rang Tempur for advice on seeing their beds. They told us to look it up on the web site, they did not recommend Dreams! We are looking forward to the arrival of our new bed, thank you Johnand Felix.

I went into dreams for a king size mattress and got exactly what I was looking for, my mattress is being delivered on Thursday 27 July, looking forward to receiving it, The sales assistants was wonderful and very helpful there names were Alex, John, felix, Felix was excellent very handsome too,

We entered the store and was immediately welcomed by Alex, she was very friendly, we told her roughly what we were looking for and our budget, she explained about the beds and showed us the ones we should look at, we were also offered a lovely cup of tea, Alex said for us to take as long as we needed as it was going to be our bed for a few years so we had to get it right, she even brought us better pillows to lie on. Alex also explained about the comfort exchange if we weren't happy with the new bed. On placing our bed order Alex noticed my husband's defence discount card in his open wallet and we got to use it with a 10%😁which was brilliant. Very pleased with it all.
