The assistant was extremely helpful and listened to our needs

Aimee took great care of us over the three visits to the store, and as it was the first time we had considered an adjustable bed she guided us towards our final choice. We had two home visits by salesmen, but felt more comfortable with the kindness and knowledge that Aimee gave us. We will have no hesitation recommending Dreams especially this store to our friends

I felt the whole shopping experience was good, I was able to browse without being put under pressure and when assistance was needed, David Peter was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

The staff were friendly very helpful and polite but not pushy they gave us helpful advice and were knowledgeable about the products. We were very happy with our experience in store.

Great when I walked into the store and allowed time to browse before being approached. Was offered a drink which I thought was a nice touch. Dave helped with choice of a pillow and explained the benefits of each. Also helped me choose the right bedding. Bonus t was in the sale !

Very helpful staff

As it's about 20 years since I last bought a bed,I was a bit daunted by all the different types of mattress etc, but Jodie really put me at ease and it was a pleasant experience, she explained everything very clearly, and I feel I made an informed choice.

John was extremely helpful when we were buying our new bed. His knowledge really helped us decide which one we wanted, and we would highly recommend dreams (this store in particular) to our family and friends

There was a good selection of beds within the price range we wanted to spend.
