When starting to look for a new bed an assistant was soon there to help if I needed any questions answered and was most helpful right through to my deciding on a product and finalising the transaction,

Friendly and helpful service with good product knowledge

The assistant in Nottingham Colwick (Aimee) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew her products, knew how to respond to our requests and needs. Very good service.

Team members very friendly, knew the product range and helped order our new bed very efficiently.

I was very satisfied with the Dreams assistant, he went through all bed types, mattress and Headboard and I had a drink whilst the cost and details where sorted out. Felix and Alex did a good job.

The showroom was clean, tidy and well presented. The salesperson greeted us on arrival, listened carefully to what we wanted and recommended an appropriate product. He was pro-active in offering other associated items without it seeming like a high pressure sell. We accepted the offer of a coffee too which was a nice touch.

I have been coming to dreams for a few years now and every time I come in, I get great service. The salesperson always understands what I need and service is exceptionally good.

The staff were there to give advice but kept their distance to allow us to try the beds in our own time. Their knowledge was really helpful.
