The shop assistant who helped me was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. We were offered a coffee and everything was done at an unpressured relax pace.

The staff were very friendly, but not pushy in any way. The store offered great value for money, and all members of the team were very good with our very active toddler.

Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable assistant. provided us with a beverage whilst we were perusing the products. Not pressured into buying a product.

John who works at the Dreams store in Lady Bay Retail Park, Nottingham was incredibly helpful. It's not the first time I have been in the store and both times I've been assisted by John. Nothing is too much trouble, he's not pushy at all which I love. I hate pushy sales people so it was refreshing to speak to someone like him.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have spinal problems and was given information about products that could aid my conditions. Given time and space to try out products without feeling rushed and the 30 day product trial and exchange process were explained very clearly.

The assistant was most helpful and Customer Focused and listened to our needs . She explained the various mattresses and was not pushy but always attentive. A1 service

The assistant Alex was very friendly and very knowledgable about the products. She also gave us valuable advice about how to help choose a suitable mattress.

Salesman knew the product, took his time to ensure we received answers to our questions but was not pushy. The only negative was apparent issues raising the order as the IT seemed to be less helpful than the salesman.

I told Jodie at the store what I needed and she went check on products and availability and came straight back to me, Jodie and colleague literally moved every mattress to show me my mattress and to make sure I was happy and that I knew what I was getting, they were extremely helpful, professional and very friendly, made me feel very confident in dreams.
