Very knowledgeable and helpful team. Couldn’t do enough to help

We were greeted when we came in by a friendly gentleman in the Nottingham store and we were allowed to try the different matreses we wanted. We were offered a drink by the friendly woman and they told us about all the different deals they had and even offered us a sleeping trial to see how we sleep and what matress would be best for my girlfriend and I.

Was very happy with John who took the time to explain in detail any questions asked also he was very friendly. And I felt like he listen to our needs he didn't try to recomend mattresses based on price as in most expensive which has happened on previous visits. He was just absolutely great

John was very knowledgeable and did not in any way seem to sell me the most expensive bed in the store - he was more focused on ensuring I purchased the right product.

Helpful service. Found the mattress we were looking for.

We were greeted promptly by Beth who asked us what our requirements were . She wasn’t at all pushy and offered us the opportunity to use Sleepmatch, which we did. She then directed us to all the relevant products, was very patient too. Other staff members also spoke to us about our needs and even checked on the system to see what we had ordered previously as we said we had been satisfied with it but was now time to replace. All in all an excellent and professional service. We felt that the staff really cared about getting it right for the customer and didn’t try to talk us into buying something which we couldn’t afford.

A wide range for options. Display in a adequate space. Information are clear.

I called in just to have a look and the assistant who came over was super helpful. She was really knowledgeable.
