I had already researched the item online. I had read the reviews and decided which bed frame I wanted. I called in at the shop as I wanted to see the actual colours available. John was very approachable and showed me the colour options. I selected beige and sat down to complete the purchase. John remembered my husband as being the area police patrol officer for the store from some years back and we spent a good few minutes chatting about those times. the order went through quickly with an option of a couple of delivery dates. I have previously recommended this store to family and friends after a previous purchase and I will do so again.

I was very impressed Felix' approach in determining what type of mattress would suit my needs. I came into the store with what I thought was a good idea about the type of mattress I needed (firmness / make), based on internet searches and reading reviews. I ended up buying a different type of mattress (Med-soft as a pose to Med-firm and a different make and made up of materials I had not thought of considering) as Felix had opened my eyes to other possibilities in terms of comfort. My mattress is yet to be delivered and sleeping on it will be the litmus test, but I am confident it will be the investment I hope for. Prior to my Visit to the Nottingham store, I visited Lincoln (which has less stock to try out hence my visit to Nottingham), I was assisted in my search by Reece. Both Felix and Reece provided really useful information without making me feel under pressure.

The colour coding is a great idea and helps. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Liked the fact that there was an area for th children to colour

I was offered assistance when I entered the store and told to ask if I needed any help. On finding what I was looking for the assistant processed my order quickly and efficiently
