Our experience at Nottingham this evening was non comparable to the poor experience we received yesterday at Leicester. We were served by John this evening at Nottingham who was friendly, knowledgable about the products, listened to our needs, likes, dislikes and most importantly gave us space to browse and discuss amongst ourselves and wasnt a typical pushy sales man!

Entered store, no pushy sales nicely welcomed. Let you look around and then asked if you wanted some help. Wasn't a sales chat more product information which was good. Asked if I wanted a drink before a purchase confirmed, matched competitor offer to the same value (albeit competitor was free tempur pillow not BOGOF ;)) Colleague John was very helpful and down to earth.
