Dreams - Nottingham

We are looking for beds for a while now. At Dreams we instantly found what we were looking for. Also information from the adviser was very helpful to place the order. Overall it was a good experience.

We found the store and staff excellent. We were greeted with a very friendly manner and offered a hot drink (which is unheard of). John the sales person was very knowledgeable and all the information he gave us was very clear and precise. This enabled us to make an informed decision about the purchase. We would go as far as saying he is a peoples person.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the products were well presented and neatly laid out. The choice of items was considerable and the price represented good value for money.

The assistant, Jodie, was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She couldn't have been more helpful.

We given full assistance by John and given plenty of time to view the range of beds available. When deciding on our final choice John again gave us help in making our final selection.

Very happy as soon as I walked in.i was met by a charming lady called Alex in the Nottingham store on lady bay She also took my order .made me coffee. Well John was the coffee maid that day lol. I only walked in to have a look round but ended up buying a bed I liked Even got free pillows Excellent service . All the staff looked like they wanted to work there and all got on as a team and it showed Well done lady bay notts and thank you
