John the assistant who dealt with us was very helpful and friendly. he knew what he was talking about and guided us very quickly to exactly what we were looking for.

I went into the store with my son who is autistic, so shopping can be stressful but as the bed was for him he needed to come. We browsed for a little while then we was approached by John he was friendly, not over bearing, at that time we said we was ok.... My son then found a bed he liked but we were confused about mattresses, John reappeared and expertly guided us through, by far the best customer service we ve ever received. Thankyou.

We had a look at the bed and mattress at Dreams, and than went to your other competitors to have a look at their products. We found that the bed and mattress at other stores were not as good and value for money as the ones offered by Dreams. Also when we initially visited Dream Store, John offered us tea/coffee and had asked us what our budget was and what our requirements were.John than showed a couple of different beds and mattresses and left us to decide amongst ourselves. After a while, he came back to ask us if we needed any more assistance. We told him that we would like to think about it and return once we had decided. John did not put any pressure and wrote down details of bed/mattress we were interested in. Once we had decided, we returned to see John at Dreams. John again offered us tea/coffee. We than placed an order with John. If I might add, John was very helpful and friendly. Also, the other staff were friendly as well.

Quick and friendly service. We bought a bed in june and were really impressed with the service and the quality of the product

We weren't aware of the different products on sale, but the assistant Alex was incredibly helpful. The ability to try the product was very helpful

The staff were friendly, patient and helpful. The woman who assisted us, Alex, was very professional and gave us a cup of coffee.

John was great and so were the other 2 members off staff happy to help constantly offered drinks support could praise them enough
