Staff member was very helpful. I told him a little about me and my other half and he suggested a few beds which I tried and one of them had the mattress on which I purchased

Given time to browse and try bed but also answer qs we had and help us decide what we were looking for

We were treat with friendly staff with a very good knowledge of the stock and made us very relaxed and comfortable

The sales assistant (John) was very helpful in describing the structure of the bed frame as we brought a frame which also included mechanical parts. He was also helpful in explaining the differences between mattress types so I was happy with what I finally purchased. Overall the experience was not as tiresome as it has been in the past at different bed stores.

The service was brilliant straight over, not too in your face or pushy, I don't like pushy sales people, got a cuppa coffee and a date in the future I needed for delivery very efficient will be back also got a demo on how to assemble the sofa bed i will be buying well done Aimee.

We went in to look into the different types of mattress as well as hopefully find a bed too. We were approached after a few minutes by Alex (this is good as don’t like being pounced on straight away by salespeople). We explained the reason for our visit and were taken through the various types plus the offers on at the time and the colour codes in store. We were offered a hot or cold drink which we had. We were then left to look around at our leisure and not pressured at all. Alex also gave us tempur pillows to use when trying the beds. Once we had made our decision, we were taken through all the cover options and delivery options etc. The process of purchase and payment was very easy. We bought an ottoman bed and a combi mattress at a very good price in the sale. Overall, a very good experience, helped by very friendly, unpushy and helpful staff.

Very good experience of using the Dreams store in Nottingham [Meadow Lane area]. I was giving information on the product I was looking for, offered alternatives around what I was looking for and solutions to change product after the sale. Staff offered my friend and I tea/coffee during my time in the store, which was very nice. The Dreams staff member that assisted me was called John. John's knowledge of the products was second to none.

John, the assistant that served us was great. Did not feel pressured to buy but he was on hand to answer all the questions we had.

The quality of service was a very high standard they new extactly what I wanted
