From start to finish we were very happy with the service and advice we received. Our needs were understood and we were shown to suitable matresses. We were able to decide quickly and were shocked when delivery was quoted 1 week. All staff we came into contact with were lovely, there was a good atmosphere in the store with happy staff. John the assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses answered all my questions about the mattress giving me advice about different ones. But he wasn’t pushy at all. All in all it was a good experience .

Vivek from the Nottingham store was brilliant. Not pushy but attentive and highly knowledgeable. He was personable but seemed really interested in us and our sleeping habits so he could match us to our perfect bed. From his knowledge around the science of sleeping to the products themselves, we felt in really good hands and he was the reason that we bought from Dreams rather than John Lewis!

Fantastic store , friendly staff John was really helpful explaining different beds , frames , pillows.he went the every part of the order we placed. Really happy I would definitely go back to the store .

I was able to take my time choosing the correct mattress for me john looked after me throughout my time there and I eventually chose the tempur cool touch hybrid elite The only negative is due to having a adjustable bed I was told I couldn't have a tempur pillow ( NOT BY John) and also the tempur mattress protector is expensive but I wasn't offered one for free because I couldn't have pillow
