Friendly efficient service.

We first arrived at 8:02PM hoping to view a mattress but the store was closed. John saw us looking through the window and let us come in anyway. On our second visit we returned to buy the mattress, John was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the visit, we ended up buy a bed frame as well as the new mattress. We received great advice and he made us feel very comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Please pass our thanks onto John.

Brilliant choice of different beds and mattresses. And that you can try them out and you didn't feel akward. Staff were brilliant especially Alex. She knew what she was on about. Offered us tea straight away also were brilliant with my children.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as I was greeted nicely by everyone, offered drinks and when deciding on which mattress to use for the bed, felix who was helping me decide moved the mattress I was interested in to the bed I wanted to buy including the pillows! Really impressed with the service I received!

Very pleased with everything! I rang the day before to ask about the mattress so I had all the information I needed when I went into the store the next day to buy the product. I met the same gentleman who I had spoke to on the phone the day before and he showed me the mattress in store and the I purchase it.

We were greeted by Jodie when we arrived at the Nottingham store. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We were also given a cup of coffee which was a nice touch. Jodie made the visit to your store a pleasant experience.

The staff greeted me in a very friendly manner, and weren't too pushy, but then when I did ask for assistance they were more than helpful. A lady made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the bed I was considering buying, including the difference between different styles, how different feature choices would affect the final product, and delivery and assembly options.

Alex was extremely helpful choosing the right mattress for us. The coffee was also very welcome.

John and Felix made our visit a very easy relaxed experience, they were both knowledgeable in the product they were selling. They were friendly, funny and kept us engaged throughout our visit. Well done to them both
