The salesperson was very helpful and clear in explaining the difference between the various beds and in understanding our needs. We were never pressured and always helped. We even had a nice cup of tea whilst selecting our beds. Please pass on my thanks and regards to David.

I was made to feel welcome. I was offered assistance but also allowed to browse freely. I had two cups of tea made for me. Staff were friendly and no attempt was made to force me to make a purchase.

Aimee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what my requirements were, and gave me a choice of options to help to make my decision easier. Aimee also advised me on how I could get VAT relief on the product I was looking at if I was a blue badge holder or in receipt of PIP. Aimee did not assume either of these, and treated me with the utmost respect. Aimee also gave me a pillow and explained how the recliner worked, and offered a tea or coffee if I would like one while I tried all the beds for comfort and ease of use given my mobility issues.

This is not my first visit and purchase at this store and the main reason I return is the incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional team that work at this branch. They listen, understand and interperate your requirements then show you appropriate products is so refreshing, making the shopping experience easier and fun too. We were offered refreshments and even some chocolates which definitely helped the flagging energy levels! I live in the Middle East most of the year and I only needed a new mattress for myself today and didn’t want to spend too much as I’m only here around 4 months of the year. Dave helped me select and Felix was also on hand to help so with both of their technical knowledge and friendly helpful personalities we were very happy with the ultimate selection. As we have met them before John, Alex and Jodie were also chatting to us when they weren’t with other customers and confirmed what a good choice we had made in mattress. I honestly can’t praise the team as they as so genuine and honestly want to help you choose what is right for you. I have already and will continue to recommend Dreams Netherfield Nottingham to all my friends and family.
