Alex was a most able assistant. She was friendly. Knew the products and also the mechanics of the machine to find which mattress were the most suitable for us. She was courteous but in no way did she rush our decision. Another salesperson offered us a drink. Alex is a real attribute to your shop and needs thanks from you

The store colleague John was very helpful but also didn't come straight to us as soon as we walked in which is nice as we had a bit of time to get our bearings. He took the time to speak to us and asked us if we wanted a drink, also explained all the different mattresses there were to try out.

Very helpful assistant helped us to find what we were looking for. Gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses didn’t hover around and was there when we made our decision
