I was greeted when I entered the shop but allowed to walk about without being hassled. The store assistant offered assistance at the right time and was very helpful I was given time to try mattresses and even offered a cuppa! David Peter was the assistant and he was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very pleasant assistant. Went out of her way to help us. This is the 4th time we have been to Dreams and every time we have had great help and been very satisfied with the product.

Thought the person dealing with us was very professional and knew his products well and the information he gave us. John from lady bay store was fantastic and very friendly to our little boy who's bed we purchased from yourselfs.

Assistant not intrusive,but available when I required help. Gave me options for delivery. Understanding of my requirements. Made me feel at ease.

We went to see your products in store were we were helped by Felix who was highly knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and budget. He offered multiple choices and allowed us to test them. We got a quote but wanted to finish the order via phone as we had a "Mattress in a Box" we had recently purchased and wanted to return it as part of getting something from you. Felix advised we leave about 1+ week lead time so you could deliver and we provissionally checked the date we were interested in. Once home we arranged the return of the current mattress and called back approximately 45 minutes after leaving the store. Felix was not available but another colleague was there. He advised that a Friday delivery (8 days from purchase) was no longer available and we could only choose Saturday as the next available which we had to pay for. It was frustrating to be left without a mattress for a day and have to pay for the delivery. It was not the money (less than £10) but the whole situation. I decided to give high scores as Felix treated us so well. To be honest the product (and discount) was the same as the online one, but the attention to choose a product was meaningful.

We visited Dreams at Lady Bay retail park in Nottingham, both Dave and Alex were brilliant they listened to what we were looking for and showed us the Temper mattresses and pillows, showed and let us try the different thicknesses and firmness of the mattresses and also firmness of pillows and explained and showed us temper mattress protector and sheets and pillowcases.
