The services provided by the Dreams team were outstanding. I have visited their store a couple of times before making the purchase. Each time, the staff were prompt at offering me support and the information required. They had in depth knowledge about their product and explained the differences between various types of mattress in an understandable matter for a layman. I have also appreciated that the team member had advised me on when to return to the store later in the week so I could enjoy the purchase of the bed and mattress at a discounted price.
