Upon arrival the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Dave showed up the full range of products available and encouraged us to use the bed testing machine, which was really funky! We found a suitable mattress and bed frame and completed the order

The gentleman (John) at the ladybay store was very accommodating. Very friendly. He was thorough and very helpful.

I came in looking for a particular bed and was greeted immediately in a friendly way. He knew exactly where the bed was and could answer every question that I had.

This store is a very clean store .when we arrived we were left for a short while to browse then a salesman came over to see if we required any assistance his name was David and he was very helpful we explained what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to pay.David shown us round the store and explained the type of mattresses and headboards etc.we found what we were looking for and went on to purchase it.david was very helpfull and polite.would definitely shop there again.

The store is laid out well with a colour code for the different types of mattresses. We visited other stores where the different types of mattresses were not easy to find or were not set up next to each other. The assistance was factual and helpful with no 'Salesman' type pitch which we prefer.
