Your colleague Jodie was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She listened to our requests and was able to show us and talk through all our needs as well as demonstrating the products required. We left the shop to deliberate at home and decided to return to place our order. We were very pleased that Jodie was available to assist us again and she processed everything efficiently and quickly. She is a credit to your company!

John the sales manager was really lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and what he felt would be best for us and recommended a number of different mattresses, however in the end he felt that the right mattress was the one we had chosen and he felt that this was right for our needs. He was really lovely in his approach to us, offered us a lot of assistance and a drink whilst we were choosing a mattress. He also gave us a fresh pulp pillow to try whilst we were testing the mattresses. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and his manner was very helpful and kind which resulted in a quick and swift sale. Thank you very much! :)

The store was very well organised and the layout made good sense. It was clean, tidy and easy to see the products both upstairs and downstairs. The sales manager John was particularly helpful and professional.

The salesman was very professional and helpful and made us feel at ease. He offered us tea and biscuits.

I felt that the product was exactly what I was looking for. Aimee, who dealt with me, gave me as much time as I needed and was very informative and knowledgeable about the product in question. Nothing was too much trouble. A pleasant atmosphere all round making buying a bed an enjoyable experience.
