Content in the store and the staff, up selling but doing it with the customer in mind, All factual information to give me a more informed choice. No negativity what so ever the team themselves seemed to work together as well which was important. The caramelos were the added bonus, lol.

We were allowed to look around before being asked if we needed help. Aimee was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Buying a new bed is a major purchase and one which you don’t want to get wrong as you spend a third of your life in bed. We knew we needed to buy a new mattress because our current one is causing us back pain. We were helped by Aimee who was brilliant. She took time to listen to our needs and made recommendations to us. She showed us the machine to use to recommend the firmness. She was very friendly and patient and didn’t mind as we wandered round the store trying lots of mattresses. She had just the right balance of helpfulness and also leaving us to try stuff by ourselves and not crowd us out. We bought a Tempur mattress in the end and were quite confused about the different types but Aimee has excellent product knowledge and was able to explain them to us. Aimee even went the extra mile by helping me to judge whether or not my spine was lying straight on the different options.

From entering the store to leaving we were given full attention by 2 members of staff, offered a drink and their knowledge of the products was excellent

Lovely man knew where to find everything and even offered a cup of tea.

Jodie the assistant was very helpful ,and did not pressure us.She was pleasant,knowledgable,and very efficient with the payment procedure.

The salesman seemed very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient

We were greeted in a friendly but none pushy way by john who showed us this whizzy bed assessment machine which generated a short list of mattresses for us to try. Loved the science of it. He was really good at finding them after too knowing exactly where they were and giving us our own pillows to take around with us. He even made us a cuppa whilst we mulled over. He was serving someone else when we'd come to a decision so Dave stepped in to guide us upstairs to look at beds for the mattresse . I loved the way the chaps worked together as a team in a really honouring to each other way. They were respectful of us and each other and came across as really genuine blokes. Just the way they treated each other actually said heaps about care for .... That people matter. We really did feel valued and not just because we were spending money. Loads of choice too. I loved that they didn't push us into the most expensive option , incidentally we didn't go for the cheaper one either so maybe that was good for dreams.

Aimiee was a great sales associate who assisted us in ensuring we got the right bed for our needs.
