John the store manager was so understanding of my situation and requirements so helpful and professional . I had previously had a poor experience from another bed company where they refused to accept a mattress for my Dad who has had a stroke was faulty so I needed to buy another mattress after only two weeks from using old one. John was so helpful and new his products very well.

Great customer service and a great price

Knowledge of employee (Aimee) was excellent. My daughter has a medical condition which was the main reason/purpose for our visit. We were so impressed we bought a bed/mattress for our daughter and a further mattress for ourselves!

Our assistant Alexandra was very helpful. She advised us well and was very attentive without being pushy. We have got the bed we wanted and a reasonably quick delivery date.

We were served by a gentleman called Felix, who was professional, polite, informative and listened to our requirements. We were also recognized by another colleague whom had dealt us 3 months ago.

Alex was very helpful when we chose our bed, she made me a cup of tea and biscuit:) great service on a whole

The overall experience from walking in to walking out was very good. The staff made us feel welcome and told us to take as much time as we need to make the right choice
