Not bothered all the way round by sales people but help was easy to get if requested. Good amount of products on offer, reasonable prices.

I was taken to the bed posture machine and the results were as I expected them to be. I was shown a variety of different types of beds wilts explanations of each type from the sales assistant.

I was spoken to in a very polite and courteous manner.

Was offered help but left alone to look until assistance was asked for - including measuring item and demonstrating sofabed assembly

Very friendly, kind staff. We were even asked if we'd like a cup of coffee or tea. The first time I've purchased anything from Dreams bit I will definitely go to Dreams before anywhere else in the future.

John the assistant was not pushy, he showed me what would be best for my needs and gave me plenty of time to try the beds. Even got a cup of tea!
