Felix, the salesperson was excellent at his job. He was polite; allowed us time without hovering over us; had a fantastic in depth knowledge and understanding of the products and their qualities to match our needs. We were so impressed with his natural qualities and professionalism.

Felix was extremely helpful and guided us to the correct choice of mattress as we weren't really sure what we were looking for.

The sales assistant John, greeted us upon arrival, asked us of any questions we had, explained the sales discount as online is updated in comparison to instore as it tells you its 20% off which is needed to be taken off the total, and guided us through with mattress types and which colour to look for, as we were specific we did not want memory foam nor tempered. He was friendly and kind to our son who was with us too, and really professional.

The sales assistant really helped me find the best mattress and I ended up buying the bed as well.

Our sales representative (Aimee) was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She run through all our requirements before matching us up with the products available in store. We used the bed match software to find the correct mattress for both myself and partner. Aimee used the software to give us a great selection of products which she explained in great deal to us using easy to understand terminology. The whole experience was very relaxed as Aimee left us to explore the product without standing by our side during the entire visit. This allowed us to lay on the beds and talk between ourselves without the feeling of pressure during our purchasing experience.
