Dave at the location dealt with me very efficiently and new what he was talking about. I told him what I was looking for and he provided the solution.

Dave in particular and all his colleagues were extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. We changed our minds on what we wanted several times over several visits and we never felt uncomfortable in doing so due to the staffs understanding approach towards us. We have shopped with Dreams over many years and recommend you to friends and family whenever the opportunity arises due to the facts above. You have a great work ethos and your staff are a credit to the company. We were also recognised by the longer serving staff which made our visits feel more personal than just another customer. Our thanks goes to all the staff in making our shopping experience so pleasurable.

When me and my fiancée and son arrived at the store John greeted us and welcomed us in ask if we needed any assistance and offers us a tea coffee and , then showed us a couple of mattresses we were to our needs he then explained every one then left us to test and try out even supplying us both with a pillow to try with, no hard selling or loyaltying around us , when we decided which one we wanted he sat us down and offered us another drink and sweets for my son the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable when we need another bed or mattress I am sure to go to dreams and speak to John , he is an asset to your company Very happy customer

Felix dealt with us.he was very knowledgeable and had a particularly warm and affable persona. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process totally stress free.

The staff were very polite and asked if I needed any help. I informed them of what I wanted to look at and was directed to the location of the items. In the process of testing a number of mattresses I was asked if I wanted a different pillows. Which I thought was very good of them. I was left alone trying mattress for about 30 minutes which I liked. The staff weren't hounding me, they left me to do my thing. When I did ask a question they were polite and answered it fully.

Everything was well explained then I was left to find the beds that I was comfortable with without interference or pressure from sales person which is how I like it, did find the heating in the store to be uncomfortable y hot at the time so the sales person was considerate to turn it off & made me a cup of coffee, very much appreciated.

I was served by a gentlemen called John. He was extremely helpful. I had my 4 year old son with me at the time and he was getting restless. John was very accommodating and brought my son some crayons and paper to draw on. During the placement of the order he was very helpful and informative and upon departing he gave my son a chocolate bar which of course but a big smile on his face. This is the behavior that goes the extra mile and is the impression i now have of dreams.
