We were left to browse as we first arrived, then we were asked if we needed any help. We said in about 10 minutes. Then John came over and we asked him a few questions and he offered my partner and I a drink. He was very knowledgable and was able to help us choose a mattress

On arriving at the store we were given time to look around before being approached by a staff member. We asked a few questions and were given acceptable answers. After having a discussion with my partner we decided to make a purchase. The staff member who's name was John was very approachable and efficient in sorting my order out.

The sales assistant had all the patience and understanding in the world for us as he listened carefully to our needs. He had very good knowledge of explaining which mattress would best suit us. His knowledge about the technology behind the Tempur mattress helped me finalise a sale in buying one. I'm glad he introduced us to the benefits of the mattress protector and the pillows to which I added to the sale. He is indeed a good salesperson.

We were highly satisfied because the person who served us made us feel very confident in his approach, and the answers he gave to all our questions. We were replacing our previous mattress purchased in Rochford, Essex, 18 years ago - from Dreams! We had been perfectly satisfied with the mattress all that time and had recommended it to several other people who had back problems as we did at that time. They too purchased one and reported back to us, complete satisfaction! As we left the shop, we commented to each other, how very pleasant the shop assistant had been.
