We received very good treatment in store from John who showed us a number of beds that he thought would suit us having found out what we were looking for. Also offered for us to try the machine that gave our best matresses, which we did. Very helpful leaving us to have a think on things, no pressure, but there if we needed more information.

We were served by John who has highly professional and helpful but not too pushy. We were left to try out the beds as we wished but with help when we needed it. The staff were very friendly offering tea or coffee, advice, pillows to try on different beds.

I asked if they could do me a deAl if I had bed made up and took insurance out as well. Was satisfied with the result.

Excellent product knowledge and help from David. Really enjoyed the experience of the sleep posture analysis.

The lady we spoke to and who processed our order was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Ideally we would have liked the beds delivered quicker but we understand the delay.

Really easy to choose our new mattress. We had lots of choice and for each option we were asked what we liked or disliked before moving on to the next. We were given time to talk over each mattress and didn't find the service intrusive

we got what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. john was very helpful and knowledgeable and the tea Oscar made was lovely. pleasant surprise to go shopping for something and not be pressurised into buying something. was advised to what would be good for us and was shown a variety of products that suited our needs.

The young gentleman who served me (OG02). Was very polite helpful and quite cheerful. He had a very good knowledge of the different beds for sale. But did not try to over budget me. Just suggested that I try both the beds in my range. Which I did; and taking his advice, bought the slightly dearer one. Which had a very healthy discount on the dreams mattress. I would not hesitate in recommending your store in Lady Bay Retail Park.
