Dreams - Nottingham

We called in to the shop to browse and were left alone to do so. I then asked a question and the member of staff was very knowledgable. She talked us through options including trying the Dreams bed tester. We found this very useful as we both suffer from back issues. We were then shown mattresses suitable for our needs and helped to make informed judgement on which one we should buy. We felt so comfortable in the shop that our browse turned in to a purchase of a matress and a new headboard. Well done to Dreams staff!!

Alexandra was charming,friendly,curtious & extremely knowledgeable about all products I enquired about. Alexandra was not overpowering or pushy but, reassuring. The friendly atmosphere in the shop made the whole experience pleasant, even to be offered a hot drink.Alexandra explained precisely Dreams comfort exchange, also explaining very articulately delivery procedures and removal of old bed service. After my relaxed,enjoyable visit I intend to return to purchase a mattress specific to my needs. I require a mattress specific to my needs.I have no doubt I will return to Dreams to purchase.

Got what I wanted at a great price

When we walked into the store, John came straight over and asked us what we were interested in, he then talked us through the Sleepmatch machine. we were then left to browse the different beds and said he was available to answer any questions we may have. We were very happy with this as I hate being followed around by the staff. Once we decided on the bed, John came over and told us all about it, asked questions of what configuration we wanted and explained and different headboards. Basically, he told us everything we wanted to hear, never sighed when we probably asked the same question twice but gave us the information we require. We came away feeling very impressed.

The sales assistance knowledge expertise and friendliness to guide us through the computer generated analysis of need an absolute brilliant aid to decision making. It’s like match.com but for mattresses We were then shown the actual mattresses to lie on and decide which one we liked best So the ability to workout what we didn’t like made us chose our favourite. The sales assistant was amazing she was very empowering guiding us and answering all our questions. The best thing I learnt about choosing a mattress is don’t assume firm is best. Let the machine technology assess your personal needs.
