The staff who was explaining about the product has good knowledge and given me several options as well as ideas about the products. I was highly satisfied with the product quality and decided to purchase the product. It was my first time to visit this store and was very attracted as well.

The store was clean and tidy. The staff approached us with a warm welcome and then left us to it which gave us time to look around and not feel pressured. Then when we needed assistance felix answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision.

Aimee asked what we needed listened to us and showed us a selection of beds that would meet our needs. she said we could try them and take as much time as we needed. She offered and made us a cup of tea. she explained the difference between them. We agreed to buy one. She took our name and address and confirmed it then gave a delivery date with a time window. She was polite and courteous a real asset to your store
