We were only in there as I took a wrong turn off the roundabout. We went in to look and ended up buying a bed, 2 mattresses and 2 pillows. John was extremely helpful and would def go back to that store again.

John was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole order process, very friendly and understanding. A special mention to Felix, who went that extra mile to honour the cashback i would have got, had I done it through myperks online. All in all, would highly recommend Dreams in Lady Bay retail park.

Felix assistance was excellent. Spent lots of time advising us which bed to purchase based on our needs and budget.

Excellent Services from Beth. She took initiatives to approach me and offered help after I visited the shop. She is friendly and talked with us with nice smile always. She offered the mattress test for me when I feel doubted if the mattress I want to buy is suitable to me. She responded promptly and asked me to wait for her patiently as she was serving another customer. In short, she is very helpful and her services is excellent. I'll recommend her to my friends as well.
