Staff member was extremely helpful and attentive, also gave us time to decide. Offered us a drink and described mattress really well. Introduced us to sleep match which was really helpful and informative. Everything was explained clearly and the whole experience was wonderful. I would recommend Dreams to family and friends.

We arrived at the store and was greeted by a gentleman offering us help. He described several mattresses to us, his knowledge of products was excellent. He showed us the dream match which was very informative. We were offered a drink and given time and space to think. Customer service was very pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful friendly staff but not over pressurised

The store was beautifully clean and tidy. The staff were very approachable, offered assistance and knowledge. When deciding on types of slats, they did not encourage me to go for the most expensive option, they were open and honest the whole time. There was no pressure put on to make any decisions. Once I had chosen to go through with my purchase, the process was very quick and I felt all my needs were met. I felt I have been listened to and my overall experience was great. In future i will be coming back to make more purchases when i decide to get a new bed/mattress again.
