Highly satisfied with all aspects of our visit

We were welcomed by the first person we met, the salesman we had certainly knew what he was talking about, and he listened to us and was able to answer all our questions. The shop was clean and tidy and although the salesman was only in the store for a job interview so did not know where everything was kept, he knew how to find what we wanted. No pressure was put on us to buy at any time but as we have used you before we had no qualms about buying from you again.

I found the 'bed machine' a very helpful mechanism by which to tell what firmness of mattress suited us best, this narrowed down our search for the best one considerably, saving time. There were lots of different brands and types of mattress to choose from the selection the 'bed machine' recommended. The salesperson - Rean, was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient when we wanted to go back and retry earlier mattresses.

Went in needing to furnish our first flat and got all the help we needed, explained our situation and budget and were shown some great pieces and given all the details of each ones pros and cons. Let us have some space to make a decision and was so helpful in putting our order in. Delivery was available on the day after we move into our flat which is perfect and got some great prices. Overall, brilliant experience.

The knowledge.. professionalism and very friendly

Aimee was very attentive and looked after us the whole time we were there. We were there with small children and she gave them colouring to do so that we could focus on everything we needed to. She was extremely informative and helpful and we got the product we wanted.

John was amazing he greeted us immediately with a friendly smile and very professional. Made us feel really comfortable and at ease. Not pressurised at all. Was very accomamdating to all out needs. All the staff there were very helpful. We as a family were very impressed. From the point we stepped foot into the store till we left. Couldn't be more happier with the service we received and my purchase. We were taken a back by the world class service we received here. I would definitely be back to this Nottingham store specifically and highly recommend this store, the staff and Dreams as a whole. AMAZING!!!!!!!
