The moment we entered the store we were greeted by Felix who was very welcoming. He asked a few questions regarding what we were looking for and explained the differences between the mattresses and was able to accomodate the need. He was friendly, efficient knowledgeable and patient, as I am 85. We had visited previously several days before and came back to purchase. Very happy with the service.

Having bought our electric bed some years ago we were very satisfied with the choice of mattresses shown.

Alexandra, Felix, John and Aimee were lovely staff who made our experience great. Alex went through everything with us and spent over two hours with us to make sure we picked the right mattress and bed! We felt thoroughly looked after and the staff really helped to make sure you got the right bed/mattress for a great deal!

The Manager Rean was very helpful and patient on both visits and understood what was needed for my new apartment as space was limited but storage was key.

The store was well laid out and easy to get around, very important to me due to disability. Drinks offered and toilet facilities provided. The lady that assisted me, Alexandra, could not have been more helpful and patient. She was knowledgeable about the products, helped me to find a good selection to choose from in my price range, explained everything clearly, didn't rush me and didn't pressurise me to make a purchase. Overall, a very pleasant, relaxed and easy shopping experience.

Nice welcome,happy and welcoming staff,made me very relaxed,very chatty not just about beds.every thing is well laid out easy to access,was offered tea or coffee,told the staff how much I was looking to spend they really did there best to keep within my budget,overall super staff and great service,super happy.

Staff knew and understood the products and were able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. Ordering was simple and efficient. The whole process was swift and efficient.

The staff were friendly,knowledgeable and attentive.I have been a customer for many years and like the fact that I can go in store and within half an hour I’ve explained what I want and the staff have then found me the right product.
