Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. As no lift in the store and I'm a wheelchair user, Felix, the sales consultant bought the mattress downstairs for me to try. Exceptional customer service.

We arrived with no idea of which mattress we needed having been scanned the lady knew exactly and took us straight to those that were recommended

Regrettably I did not note the lady’s name. I explained my needs and was immediately presented with relevant choices over a broad budget range. She explained the difference for each mattress and the materials used without giving off a pushy sales vibe. Perfect experience

We have had the best possible service from a shop! We needed a quick delivery and the Flaxby Account Manager, Stuart, happened to be in the shop at the time. Together with Alex in the shop, he pulled out all the stops to get the beds from the factory and delivered to us by today (Sat 17th Aug). The sales staff (Alex and her colleague) in the shop were lovely also. All in all, between them and Stuart, you have one very, very happy new customer! The beds are needed for a property being rented and we needed very good beds and we needed them quickly. 10 out of 10 service from the shop, factory and the delivery people today. Yes, 'HIGHLY SATISFIED' is what we are!

The member of staff, Felix, helped us through selecting the right bed offering the best value and giving us what was best for us, rather than trying to get as much money out of us as possible. Seeing us as customers and not just £ signs was very welcoming
