There was a great variety of beds to try. We were helped to narrow down the selection by John who was able to identify our needs and lead us to options that fulfilled our specification. John allowed us plenty of time to try out the beds without standing over us but was readily available to give us assistance as we required, answering questions we had, giving us different pillows to try and also a drink for us and our family. Very satisfied with our experience and the price we paid.
